Description of Services
ORIVECT provides simulated trading challenges and funded trading accounts for evaluation purposes. We do not provide investment advice or act as a broker-dealer, adviser, or financial institution.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. ORIVECT may refuse service where legally required or where account integrity cannot be verified.
User Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration and verification information.
Challenge Rules & Trading
All challenges are subject to our published Trading Rules. Purchasing a challenge confirms that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. Violations may result in termination and loss of eligibility.
Fees & Payments
Challenge fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy. Prices may change without notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected challenge.
Payouts
Payouts are available only to eligible users who meet all requirements. ORIVECT may review and verify requests before processing. Methods, minimums, timing, and fees may change.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative behavior, exploit platform errors, use prohibited third-party services, copy trades, share account access, or circumvent controls.
Risk Disclosure
Trading futures and other instruments involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all users. Simulated and past performance are not indicative of future results.
Intellectual Property
All site content, graphics, logos, software, and platform features are the property of ORIVECT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
ORIVECT may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated, fraud or security risks are suspected, or where required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. ORIVECT does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORIVECT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ORIVECT harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
